When calling a function such as TypeWithCursor or Blink, an error message is displayed indicating that the function is not defined

I tested the code and it does not does not produce any errors.
Most likely error is in your system/program namespace configuration.

Are you perhaps not using the latest version of Manim? Check manim --version.
