Issue with exposure/outcome data harmonization with the current version
#364
Since TwoSampleMR was updated to version 0.5.6, I kept getting error at the point where exposure and outcome data harmonized in the script I've been using and worked fine prior to the update. The error is that harmonization part runs forever and doesn't get finished. I've tried with different data sets and waited for days but the same error occurred.
Instead of running the script, when I ran the commands manually, I realized that it successfully harmonizes exposure/outcome data that are relatively small (below < 500,000 #SNP/row), but doesn't if the data are over 500,000.
Has anyone experienced this problem with the current version of the package?
