Login "stalls" upgrading to 7.12

Detailed description of the problem

Login doesn't move forward after upgrading to 7.12. Pressing the login button after entering credentials does nothing and remains on the login screen without error. Entering incorrect credentials does give the "incorrect username/password" message. Reverting back to backup of version 7.11 fixes the issue. Running on cpanel server. I can't copy the diagnostic page in this situation since I cannot login. I have tried other user's logins and same result. runing PHP8.4 (no access to 8.5 on my host yet.)

That's very weird because I guarantee you it works on my end. Have you tried chrome ? Can you check if there are any network connection happening ?

I'll try again soon, but I reverted back as i have some client photos they needed to access. I will do the upgrade again later this week. And yes, I'll load up chrome on windows too to test. I tried it via my android phone on the mobile network and on my pc's on my fiber connection. I agree it's just weird. What is odd is right after I upgraded, I was able to access after the "migration" and confirm I was on 7.12.. but when I logged out and tried to go back in, it just sat there. I'll look at my DNS settings on my devices (and router) and try setting them to defaults to rule that out.

(edit) but I don;t understand why it works fine when restoring the backup of the previous version correects the issue on all the same devices. Yes.. weird
