By signing this CLA, you agree that:

Grant of License: You grant Carlo Satta and the Routerly project a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and sublicense your contributions.

Dual Licensing: You understand and acknowledge that Routerly is dual-licensed:
- AGPL-3.0 for open source use
- Commercial license for proprietary use
Your contributions may be distributed under both licenses at the discretion of the project maintainer.

Ownership: You retain ownership of your contributions, but grant the rights specified above.

Legal Authority: You have the legal right to grant this license and your contributions are your original work, or you have obtained all necessary permissions to submit them under these terms.

No Warranty: Your contributions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Future Contributions: This agreement applies to all past, present, and future contributions to the Routerly project.
