395 corresponds to the slayer_target map which relates to quick chat and slayer gem. There are a dozen variable values that do no map properly. Will require further investigation... Also it appears Aviansies don't have a map value.
Separate bug might also be related: vampires npc don't grant slayer experience for vampyres assignment.
