Strange behavior with place duplicate and move duplicate

Greetings!

If we select a shape, move it, place a duplicate with Ctrl + D, move it, and then press and release Alt to move the duplicate, the selected shape snaps weirdly and is no longer in the expected position while also moving previously placed duplicate.

The Ctrl + D behaviour is provided by the DocumentMessageHandler

DocumentMessage::DuplicateSelectedLayers => {

As such, it does not update the state of the select tool. For example the tool_data.layers_dragging points to the old layers. This causes the broken snapping behaviour (where the layers snap to their previous position) and the strange behaviour with the Alt (which is provided by select tool).

The alt is supposed to create a new duplicate at the start of the drag position. However it sort of fails if you change the selection whilst dragging.
