I have a CMS 12 PaaS customer reach out regarding creating redirects.
We gave her follow up on doing it via XML and I sent this to her however she is looking to do it via CSV file.
Can you give feedback on how this is done?

_Thank you for the info. Please can you tell me how to do it via CSV file? I would find that easier if its possible because its more like a normal Excel file.
I’ve exported the current CSV file so I’m guessing we would use the same format as in the attached? If we wanted to add 50 more redirects for example would we need to upload a file that only contains those 50 redirects, or would we need to upload the current export + the 50 new redirects?_
