Internal Server Error when user inputs < tag

Precondition:
_Geta tag package is installed on CMS site
_Add Tag property to a content
Case1:

1. Create the content
2. Add data to Tag property: Example: <te
   Case2:
3. Open Geta Tags Management page
4. Search by " <t " for example
   Issue: Server Error
   Expected:Show a warning message
