Console Onboarding Fixes - Week of 12 Oct 2026

Enable card-funded Console onboarding without acquiring ETH separately, with clearer funding choices for existing wallets.

Status 2026-11-02: 14 PRs merged, 11 issues closed; 1 PR and 1 issue open. Implementation is on staging. Promotion #569 includes the latest setup fixes and has passing current-head CI, including both Explorer E2E and both Test runs. Production remains #535.

Remaining: record post-fix FIL-on/off amounts, fees and the provisional 0.50-USDC reserve; confirm zero-ETH, recovery and legacy acceptance in #563. Recheck the earlier price-impact report.

Before production: confirm promotion contents and final combined-build QA, both-network indexing/Explorer checks, then obtain code-owner approval. Always Circle for embedded Base-USDC; no flag. Ops setup complete.
