nothing into navpay

Specs: Windows 10 Desktop PC I5 64bit.

I transfered 501 navcoin from Binance to my NavPay wallet. Binance confirms transaction took place but Navpay still shows nothing multiple hours later. I clicked the QR code show it shouldnt have been a typo, triple checked spelling and all is good. I only have photos of Binance confirming the transfer w/ trans ID and my Navpay page showing my receive key confirming it matches whats on binance's confirmation.

Dont know if im jumping gun thinking it should have transferred by now or it takes time. I just installed Navpay and seeking some guidence on this.

Same thing happened to me on litebit, did something new happen? do you have your coins now?
