Tesseract config options

@Duke-Chronicle-Project/computer-vision Just found out that tesseract has an option to output a "tidy" tsv file instead of hocr. The list of parameters can be found using tesseract --print-parameters.

This partially bypasses the need to parse hocr files, although from my tests I wasn't able to recover font information when using this functionality. That is, I wasn't able to both get a tsv output and to get font info by setting "hocr_font_info 1" in the config file.

This option can be called using the command

tesseract imgpath output.tsv "-c tessedit_create_tsv=1"

or using

tesseract imgpath output.tsv configfile

where configfile is a file containing the line "tessedit_create_tsv 1"
