  Place this file at <config>/M3UIPTV/<scheme>/substitutions.xml (where <scheme>

  <substitutions> may contain any of the four child elements below, each of
  which may contain one or more <substitution> rules. Every <substitution>
  needs a search-line ("#EXTINF" or "#URL") and, for M3U providers, a
  search-regex with exactly one capture group. Its body is a list of
  "key:value" lines (a trailing comma is optional): "key" is the text
  captured by search-regex (M3U) or the provider's numeric stream/EPG id
  (Xtream Codes, where search-line/search-regex are ignored); "value" is the
  override to apply.
