Start a list of Resources

Let's start developing a list of resources (articles, blog posts, etc.) that we'll want to refer to as we write the primer. All or part of the list will likely be included in the final primer.

• Create a new document in the Google Drive Workspace ("Resources")
• Add articles from recent discussions on Slack.
• Determine citation style to use for the primer (see previous primers) and note it in the resources doc.
