Replace "Charging Rapidly" with "Dash Charging"

Since it's a feature I feel like it would be a nice nod to the function.

I'd back this... As long as if there's the option to include charging rate next to it the correct units are used, I know RR managed to use mA/h which is a nonsensical unit. It shouldn't be difficult to implement should it? Just a string change.
