Briefly, i suggest to add on the confirmation email from mitre that cve reports are received from researchers a small reissue of the report. This for one simple reason, unfortunately researchers themselves might have doubts like "did i say everything correctly? Did I forget something?" On the emails there is even the CMI but this is useless for researchers as it's an internal use number for mitre. I mean, why this and not an overview of the report itself?
Another possibility might be instead allowing in the weblate confirmation, so not in the email to download a pdf of the report, after the page is left this pdf will be deleted so that not many resources will be needed for this feature.
Unfortunately human memory is unreliable so I think this can be of help.
